Gong Pear efficacy:

食用贡梨的注意事项 ：

１：贡梨性偏寒助湿，多吃会伤脾胃，故脾胃虚寒、畏冷食者应少吃。

２：贡梨含果酸较多，胃酸多者，不行多食。

３：贡梨有利尿作用，夜尿频者，睡前少吃贡梨。

４：血虚、畏寒、腹泻、手脚发凉的患者不行多吃贡梨，而且最佳煮熟再吃，以防湿寒症状加剧。

５：贡梨含有糖量高，糖尿病者当慎。
